At Elite Wildlife Removal & Prevention, we’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our Seal Team as Wildlife Exclusion Specialists.

Our Seal Team specializes in permanently sealing structures to prevent wildlife from re-entering, while performing quality repairs that leave every property looking better than we found it.

What You’ll Do

As a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist, you will:

● Install wildlife exclusion and prevention systems

● Perform light carpentry and construction repairs

● Work on roofs, ladders, crawlspaces, attics, and other confined spaces

● Safely operate hand and power tools

● Solve unique challenges on every job

● Provide professional customer service while representing our company

● Help protect homes and businesses by delivering permanent wildlife solutions

 

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:

● 18 years of age or older

● Reliable, dependable, and punctual

● Eager to learn and develop new skills

● Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

● Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, crawling, and working on roofs

● Possesses basic construction knowledge and skills

● Able to safely operate common hand and power tools

● Holds a valid driver’s license

● Has reliable transportation

● Maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic

● Able to pass a background check

 

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in any of the following is a plus:

● Roofing

● Carpentry or remodeling

● General construction

● Handyman services

● Pest control or wildlife removal

● Working at heights
